A Vette that I, James, would own

As much as I hate (even as sometimes I admire) GM, I'd take this beauty. Give the entire article a read.

Beautiful car. That will always be one of my dreams... an old school car with modern guts and convenience. I was briefly obsessed with the '67-'70 Cadillac Eldorado, but I worry about the (relatively) ancient brakes and engineering. A late '60s Mustang with modern drivetrain would be amazing. That or one of the newer GT350s... current dreams.

I didn't see performance numbers. That magazine would benefit, imho, from taking every car to a 'home track' and seeing how well it, comparatively, goes, stops, and turns left and right -- a couple of fast laps usually tell the story. Plus weight, F/R balance. Cough, I feel a letter to the editor hairball coming up...

Send it, James. A more well-rounded review could never hurt.
