Sorry to hear that. So does having an initial stroke make you more susceptible to having more? This one must have been much less severe if it's hard for them to tell, right?

This one was a 'mini' (my word), I think the tests will show.

I am doing everything I can do to prevent additional strokes (friggin eat like a rabbit, exercise like i am training for the olympics, hardly drink at all, have not had a rib-eye since jan 3 2016... Take all of the medicine prescribed. )
basically I am scared shitless of returning to the condition I was in 2-3 months after the bad stroke. Don't mean to be morbid, but that life, with no hope of improvement, is not a life. not good to discuss.

I try to remember that my doctors are very puzzled about why I had strokes. I don't fit any profile, except for the double heartbeat (there my whole life including while I was doing 10K's, 100 mile bike competitions, triathlons, riding over 120,000 miles mostly in mountains. d

Just had a hot dog out of the office fridge . . . cut it up, nuked it, squeezed the oil out into paper towels . . .
