So I have responded to this email 3 times and Mr ADHD (me) wanders to another page or decides to check the link again and I lose the response .
Will check with my friend (actually he is my chiropractor with whom I talk about bikes) but I think that he is more of a buy and hold guy. He had never heard of the Nine T until I told him about it.
That Honda 1100 seems like a great buy, but does not move my "gotta buy" needle. Too practical
Rode a BMW nine T last night

Re: Rode a BMW nine T last night
Last night I visited my BMW nine T friend. He has done some minor mods that I think improve the look and the ride.
A small fairing. Helps on the road. Looks cool.
Raised the bars slightly and lowered the foot pegs. He is about 6'3" At 5'11" I was getting hip-flexor cramps with the old set-up, and it felt much better last night.
Not much but changed the look. As it breaks in, it feels stronger. The 110+ hp in the 470 lb package with nearly 90 ftlbs of torque creates an interesting ride. Still not gonna buy one because I am not into riding around on a bike identical to a friend's bike, and I still have a bug up my butt for the Ducati Scrambler. Plus I have promised Terri no more bike activity for a while since buying the DRZ 400 E.
There are a couple of other subtle changes -- see if you can spot them.
He says he has found a nice replacement for those ugly mirror stalks.

I think the "no exhaust " side is more interesting than the exhaust side, and I don't understand that.

Re: Rode a BMW nine T last night
After reading about the Kawasakis, I'm trying to imagine what almost twice the hp on the street machine would feel like.
